The pipe end facing machine consists of a power head, a power head feeding mechanism, a clamping mechanism, a pushing mechanism, a traverse mechanism, an electronic control system, and a pneumatic system.
The system adopts PLC to control the actions of automatic branch pipe, stepping transfer, clamping, feeding and retracting, pushing and aligning, and the left and right dislocation flat head or both sides are aligned.
The branch system first pulls in two pipes and automatically enters the two pipe position slots separately.
After the automatic left push, step the double station again to enter the right cutter head, automatically clamp, feed, retract and unclamp the right, and then step the double station.
After automatic right pushing, step the double station again to enter the left cutter head, automatically clamp, feed, withdraw and unclamp the left, step the double station again, and the outlet pipe enters the packing.
During automatic continuous operation, the actions of pushing, clamping, feeding, withdrawing, unclamping, etc. act left and right at the same time.
