High frequency welded pipe equipment can produce pipes of different shapes and sizes, only need to replace some accessories
The host online RQCS roll quick change intelligent system can complete the roll change within 10 minutes and resume production within 20 minutes
The whole line adopts PLC control, touch screen operation, equipped with Chinese and English interfaces (languages can be changed according to customer preferences)
The deviation of the outer diameter of the welded pipe is plus or minus 0.02 mm, the deviation of the ovality is plus or minus 0.02 mm, and the flatness of the welded pipe is less than or equal to 0.8 mm/m Weld quality is stable and does not crack

It is composed of forming part, welding part, cooling part and sizing part.
At first, the forming part has the breakdown, side cluster and fin-pass to consecutively form the strip and the formed strip is melted by H.F. welder at the welding part.
The melted part is pressurized by squeeze roll stand to shape the pipe.
The pipe is cooled down as passing through the cooling zone and it becomes a round pipe or angular pipe at the sizing part.

All the positioning keyways and bolt holes are processed by CNC machines, with high accuracy
Online and automatic roller quickly change system, change roller in 10 minutes, resume production in 20 minutes
Equipped with greasing nozzles for the bearing lubrication, the bearing life is largely improved
Spiral bevel gear, drum gear coupling and carburization and quenching for gear teeth makes the driving system stable, efficient and wearable, with higher loading capacity and lower noise
